Two hours prior to our arrival, we got a call asking if we could stay in a king size room. We had booked two queen beds because we have four people in our family. The manager had given away our room and was trying to figure out if she could put us somewhere else. I told her we needed the two queens. Upon arrival, she offered us a king suite with a pullout couch. We decided that would be sufficient, but we didn’t realize all the things wrong with the room. The manager had informed us that the blackout blind was missing from one window, we thought we could live with that Because I would cause us to get up early in the morning. Well, we didn’t realize was the outdoor light for the hotel shined right into that window, so it was like the sun was out in the middle of the night! The pullout couch was broken, and wouldn’t come out easily. The hot tub didn’t work, nor did the printer for the hotel. It seemed like nothing actually worked as it should.
