Very accommodating
The hotel was very good, especially so as it had been very recently renovated. However, I do want to give a big thank you to the staff for helping us out. We were due to check out by 11am on the Sunday for a late evening flight. Unfortunately my partner was not very well and did not have the energy to walk around Waikiki waiting for our time to leave for the airport. So we asked if we could keep the room for another night whilst she rested. Initially the room was sold to someone else so we thought we would have to move to another room. Fortunately, after this was discussed with the manager, we were later told we could keep the room for as long as we wanted for a nominal hourly charge. I am sure it worked well for the hotel too but more importantly it worked well for us as we didn't have to move. Thank you!
