The customer service was great although the staff at the buffet dining restaurant can do better to check on needs of the guests promptly. We had to always wave them down. The rooms were always kept clean and have all the you need for the trip. The A team which is responsible for entertainment was the absolute highlight of the trip. The New Years celebrations was epic. By far the best hotel in Mombasa. I have been to 3 others. If you have kids, this is the go to place. Shout out to Ephantus the restaurant manager and Bedan the reservations manager.

This hotel is amazing, staff are so friendly and attentive. Nothing we too much trouble. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The views from the hotel of the beach were amazing and the food was good. They do have a snack bar serving kids meals but would have been good to have kids food on the buffet too so families could eat together

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at Voyager Beach Resort. It's a beautiful property - the setting, the pools, the beach bar - and it is obvious that staff and the management go out of their way to be attentive to customers' needs. There are always minor things to improve (plumbing in the rooms, tastiness of some foods), but overall I highly recommend Voyager for a beach vacation on the Kenyan coast.

The hotel facilities are great and one can spend the entire time without leaving the premises. The evening activities are superb as well and keep the guests entertained. The hotel must however prioritize the room renovations. The bathroom we had was old with an old shower head, toilet, sink, lighting etc...as well as spider web in the bathroom ceiling. Once the bathrooms are renovated, it will definitely bring the best of this otherwise great hotel!!
