Good place to stay. A little dated in upkeep but still good place.

The main reason we booked this hotel is because of the indoor pool and hot tub. They were both down and the lady at the front desk said they had been down for a while. When I walked in it smelled of cigarette smoke. The chairs in the lobby are peeling and the fake leather is coming off. They have random junk in the hallway. When we told the front desk that our kids were super upset that the pool was down she acted like she did not care.

The quality of the hotel was way less than expected for the price charged. The room had broken brackets, it needed to be cleaned better (bathroom had stains in the corners, and there was no suitcase stand. It was mostly ok, but I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for much less in a market that works make sense to charge a higher price. One of the front desk staff could barely look up from their phone to even just smile? Other staff were nice.

I was a guest during a recent work conference in Altus, and this hotel left so much to be desired.. The room really needs to be updated. There were metal peices sticking out of the AC unit, wallpaper peeling off of the bathroom walls, the hair dryer sounded like it was going to explode when it was turned on and did not work. Also, the hallways stunk very bad when going to the room. A coworker went and bought a candle to light in their room because it was so bad... The pool and the hot tub room were closed which was very disappointing too. Overall, the stay was terrible, and we would not return.

There is mold in the bathtub, the shower makes sounds when its turned on, there is a musty smell, and the bathtub moves. Furthermore, the towels look like they have been washed to the point they are no longer towels but rags. I’d figure that for 300 dollars a night, they would present a better property but very dissapointing.

Wallpaper was peeling from the walls in our room. There was mold around the caulking in the shower. The guest laundry was closed. The hot tub was closed. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Whatever they had labeled as scrambled eggs smelled like poop and didn’t even look like eggs. Don’t stay here unless your only other option is sleeping outside.
