Our stay was good. We were in rooms at the back of the pub which suited us well. They were warm and clean. The young man who served breakfast was a credit to the hotel. He was very friendly and attended to our large group of 12 in a relaxed but wfficient manner.

A good hotel, that served continental breakfast and dinner. The room was tidy and clean with all the amenities I needed. My only complaint was that dinner is not served on a Monday night.

Very Pleasant Stay
We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout from initial welcome to final farewell. The room was large enough clean and warm, the bed had a solid frame, the mattress was softer than my preference but my wife was happy. The bathroom was large with a spacious powerful shower. We had a continental breakfast on our 1st morning which was supplemented with cooked to order options at the weekend. A particular highlight was the fresh berries on offer. Shrivenham is is a small a quiet setting giving a peaceful night's sleep which is a big plus compared to many Swindon hotels

Fantastic place to stay. Everyone attentive, friendly and helpful and dog friendly. Excellent breakfast, extensive continentalplus full english at weekends. Room opens directly onto courtyard amd garden which was great for the dog. Lovely comfortable bed.

We stayed at The Barrington Arms for the first time this weekend while visiting family in Shrivenham. The room was enough for what we needed, very clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast and a gluten free option too! I would definitely recommend.

Quiet and great location, walking distance to other places. Car parking available with ease, room has everything you need for your stay. There are a couple of things that could make the room a better experience but I would still rate it as very good and recommend
