Beds were comfortable & en-suite basic but adequate. No sound proofing from the rooms above where chairs seemed to be scraped across the floor continuously & parties were happening into the early hours. We can confirm that the hotel is not in good conditions: rooms are dirty and ugly, there are stains on the wall, moisture on the floor, holes in curtains/bedsheet, it was smelly and the water from the shower was leaking in the room.
