Quand j'ai fait remarqué à l'accueil que je n'avais pas de bureau, elle m'a répondu de manière hautaine que la prochaine il faillait prevenir que je ne voulais pas de chambre handicapé sans bureau. Pas à moi de prévenir que je souhaite une chambre aux standards non mais en plus elle continue à vouloir avoir raison. Hôtel 0/20. Employée 0/20.
