I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was pretty friendly and they helped us get a water taxi on a day of a strike to make it to the train on time. Breakfast was not included in our stay and the breakfast buffet option seemed a little overpriced for what it was but the space where breakfast was served was beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel.

A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future.

Perfectly located on a side arm of the Grand Canal far enough from the crowds of tourists so it’s quiet yet walkable close to major sites, restaurants and transportation to the airport and cruise ship terminal.
