The folks there were just awesome! We were greeted with a handwritten note by Isabella along with a homemade treat! The location was great. The room was enormous and the bed comfy. Breakfast was a real treat! We loved being so close to the water and would definitely stay there again. It was a perfect location for our day trip to Kylemore Abbey!

A bit far if you're planning to spend most of your time in Galway City (had to wait a bit for taxis, buses weren't too frequent) but the village area was lovely and more quiet. Great hotel with wonderful customer service and a delicious full breakfast. Nice and quiet. Great area but the taxi ride to the center of town was about 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay there again. Be sure to have dinner at O’Gradys on the pier which is a short walk away. Fabulous!
