We started our visit worried about what to expect having read previous reviews. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony offered a great view across sooen countryside. Breakfast was amazing and we had dinner in the pub twice both occasions were really good .

Rooms were clean, but not spotless, but the cleaners couldn't clean the room fast enough and get out. Parking is good, kitchen, resturant and bar staff were always polite and smiled.👍

Friendly environment. Room and bed comfortable. Would have liked a full shower instead of a hand held shower attached to the bath. Overall it was good.

Although our room was very clean the decor is in need of redecorating, it looks shabby chic but shouldn’t be. It needs some lots of TLC. The upstairs rooms have a bath not a shower, but you get better views! Car parking could be a bit tight on a busy day. Breakfast was good & the staff were friendly. We would return even knowing what we do now.

Lovely little place in beautiful Stiffkey. Bed was SO comfy, and lovely to have a balcony. Food delicious and amazing breakfast. Bath with a hair shower, so judt be aware, if difficulty getting in and out of the bath. Thank you for a lovely night's stay. Also, beautiful little stream opposite with a little walk we'd recommend.

Lovely guest room with sunny balcony overlooking fields. Breakfast was very good but we didn’t eat here in the evening. Staff were friendly and easy to park near the accommodation block. Overall a great stay in a beautiful area close to Wells, Morston Quay & Blakeney.

It is clearly a work in progress when we stayed. Would be better to dispense with baths and have walk in showers in apartment block. Whilst polite the bar staff were not that well informed. Eg when I asked for directions to our room they were not sure. And I was charged Shen I had already prepaid for the booking. But it was sorted. Perhaps wipe the dust off your blinds. Otherwise ok. Food was good and tasty. Good breakfast. If it continues to sort a few things out then clearly will be a winner as there are many good aspects to it.

4/10 Regular

Cobwebs throughout the bedroom and bathroom. A layer of dust in the mugs in the room. No shower curtain or screen so try and wash and flood the bathroom. Described as dog friendly but not a patch of grass available for late night wee’s. For the price we paid it was very disappointing Then to be kept up at night by the domestics happening in the room next door just topped it off
