Safe and welcome

I felt very safe and welcome. The hotel is lo cated very close to the last Metro 13 station(1 minute walk!) My room was very quiet and spacious enough to do some yoga...and in the room is a coffee machine AND a hot water heater, which I loved. Very clean and comfortable. After this all it had a convenient price for Paris!

An excellent hotel with close proximity to the city of Paris. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They do make you feel welcome and make your stay a pleasurable one. The hotel and overall cleanliness was excellent. The one downside was that we had issues with our sink draining, they said they called someone to come fix it but never did. So we ended up using the sink in the kitchenette instead. 30 minutes minimum by train to get anywhere in the city for touristy things. The train station is right beside the hotel so it made traveling around very easy.

This place is in the middle of the hood! Its in the second worst part of paris. It appears this hotel is a part of the revitalization of this community. I grew up in The Bronx, NY so it's nothing to me. I was totally comfortable. But I feel had by these nice photos and 4-star rating. I booked two rooms. One for my colleague and one for my wife and I. Neither AC worked. One room actually leaked water from the ceiling. The staff was very nice, but stupid. It took two people to figure out calling a cab for me. Which didn't even show up ! I only asked them to book for me because I didn't speak french, and when I realized I was going to be late, organized it myself! I will never stay here again, nore trust expedia ratings.

This is more of a good three star hotel than four. If you want to stay close to public transportation, this place is for you. It is a relatively new hotel and the area in general seems to be developing as you can see a lot of construction going on. There’s a little boulangerie, pharmacy and I saw a steak house a few steps from the hotel. I personally didn’t trust the entire environment so I didn’t take any walks. On arriving the hotel, I was given a room that had a leak, I observed a towel on the floor when I came in and I quietly moved it however I started to hear a sound and on investigating it was water dropping so clearly someone knew that room was leaking which is why they put the towel there but still saw it fit to assign the room to a guest. I requested a change. I also didn’t like that the hallway is dark, they have dim lights, I think it’s the ambiance the hotel is creating but I didn’t like it as a female solo traveller. Other wise everything is good. My stay was fine.

Hotellet virker rent og velholdt. Værelserne er rene og har gode senge. Morgenmaden var ok. Hotellet lå lige ved siden af en Metrostation hvilket er en stor fordel. Området omkring hotellet lignede alment/socialt boligbyggeri men føltes ikke utrygt. Det eneste utilfredsstillende var check in. Vi ankom kl. 21.30. Manden der sad der virkede inkompetent. Selv om jeg fortalte ham jeg igennem Hotel.com via silvermedlemskab havde gratis parkering krævede ham penge for det.
