On arriving at the hotel, the receptionist did not react to my entering, so I said "I'd like to check in". Then the receptionist lady started laughing like crazy. She said my accent was funny. This is an extremely insulting attitude against a guest.
A couple of days later, I wanted a bottle of mineral water. So I went to the shop at the reception, but there was no bottled water. So I asked the receptionist if there are any bottled water I can buy. He said only the water they have is the free bottles for newly coming guests. While I was talking with the receptionist, a manager-like lady cut in to our conversation and started saying she had something to talk to the receptionist about different subject from what we were talking. She completely ignored me, a guest, and started talking about a certain hotels business matter. The hotel manager completely ignored the guest! Also, the breakfast lounge is very dirty like pig pen.
This hotel is totally out of Hilton quality, and I will never stay here again.
