Our stay was pleasant. Good service, easy to catch a bus in to town, good room. Had trouble with the air conditioner in our room and wasn’t fixed when we asked, but being able to open the window was good. The only negative was the food. It was average, but the bar area was pleasant to relax in.

Excellent visit!

We had an excellent time here and I was sorry we had such a short stay - the shower is the only thing that could be a little strange if you're not staying with someone who you're totally comfortable with, since it's in the middle of the room and the whole thing is transparent! However if you're open to that setup, we had absolutely no complaints.

The whole staff is very friendly and professional. There is a bus to the city center every 15 minutes which is very handy. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the food in the hotel is very tasty and not expensive. We recommend this hotel for sure!

It is a good hotel with a perfect bus connection to the city (nr 19 and 45 bus). The nr 19 takes about 15 min and drives regularly. The 45 will take you to the busstation. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a small bar and a terrace outside.

Lonely hotel but not isolated.

The bus stop to the city was right outside the entrance of the hotel. Restaurant took 3 days to find the English version of the limited menu so I ate out a lot and since there was no fridge in the room it was not possible to bring food back to the room and store it. The bed was very lumpy but the room cleaned every day and it was done well.

What a surprising nice hotel on the hillside. Buses no. 19 and 45 have a bus stop next to it. The bus rise is pleasant and you pay €1.85 to get on. On two days, we walked to the old town. The room has a nice tv (all Spanish channrels, except two or three. You can still broacast yours smartphone or iPad and watch Netflix. Loved the shower and the warm water in the bidet. The bath toiwels were fluffy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. If you are i to cereals, you might be disaponited.

On the whole - Great choice for San Sebastián

Really great hotel in terms of ease of parking which is free and the restaurants and bars which were buzzing. Front of house staff were fantastic. John recommend taking the bus into the old town which was really easy and saved us trying to find somewhere to park ( virtually impossible) Our only issue was that the rooms while comfortable, very very basic. Pros and cons : Comfortable king bed Great shower Two seater lounge / sofa bed Desk and chair But rooms are very utilitarian with * No kettle, cups or tea coffee * No fridge * No hot towel rail * No toilet brush * Phone didn’t work * No safe * No shampoo * Website states private bathroom which is no correct. There is a separate toilet but there is no separation between bathroom and the room itself.
