El alojamiento era viejísimo, sucio, camas malas, pequeño, la cisterna no tragaba, sonido de un chorro de agua continuo que no sabemos de dónde venía, telarañas por todo el edificio, moho, sin jabón de manos, ducha sucia, al almohadas finas, cortinas rotas, pone que hay café y te y es mentira, toallas con manchas, oxido en la ducha, personal ausente...en fin, no vayáis

Well I would call it a camping hotel without the tent ,toilet broken for 2 days ,host did try fix it ,by 4th day she got a plumber ,hot boiling water in shower couldn't turn down ,so sink washes ,towels that were given hand towels ,left to your own leisure, no housekeeping ,seen host 2 times in 6 days

This was just a cheap Saturday night get away in Blackpool! We’ve sometimes been surprised by these little backstreet hotels! We’ve found some little gems! Not this time though! The shower door was hanging off, the water was freezing, there was a random kettle but no cups or anything else to go with it! Very very basic and we’re not overly fussy! Best to try somewhere else would be my suggestion!

The room looked like it’s not been cleaned in months the thick dust in the room and on the shelves and the amount of hair and soap from in the shower still there from many previous! The window don’t lock the shower door was hanging on by one hinge ! There was mould round the toilet rim and on the silicone seal on the sink. And dirt on the bathroom floor The wardrobe was dirty. ! The bed was a king size mattress placed on a double frame so looked untidy too ! Probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. ! Yes I only paid £40. But it should have been a lot better than this. And when you walk in to the hotel it smells like an old musty caravan. ! The whole experience was awful !

Booked a late min trip, I had a late arrival after check in but staff happily checked us in, quite b&b, bed was so comfy, room lovely and clean.

i booked this hotel 1 week before my arrival date, 2o check in, paid for train tickets , arrived in Blackpool in time to check in, arrived at property only to be told an email had been sent to myself at 1 53pm to be told there was no room available for myself, my daughter and grandaughter, well there are no words to express the anger i felt, only to be told they had already set a refund, had to spend rest of afternoon trying to get a room on a busy May bank holiday, will not use this hotel and i think it is disgraceful

the dunromin (so called hotel) was an absolute nightmare for the 2 days i was there,rude staff girl wi-fi non existent in the loft were i was,no tea facilities,no hot water for a shower,decor was appalling lino on the floor overlapping each other,also 1 strip of the same lino on the ceiling randomly placed with a gap between wallpaper & bare wall,the worst bit was the filthy disgusting state of the room with mms of dust on the floor & all the switches & sockets also think there was bed bugs as had a few bites when i left. I didn’t say anything or complain as there was nowhere else to book & i didn’t have the money either due to a very busy weekend.iam writing this to make everyone aware & to give this place a wide berth,iam a working class bloke who isn’t bothered by a bit of grime etc but place was something else literally wouldn’t kennel my dog there iam hoping that expedia looks into this place for everyone’s sake,i also have photos of this sham of a place if needed (CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN PLEASE) please i hope someone from H&S gets to read this…

Guests abit noisy in night but what you expect in Blackpool. Owner very welcoming, good communication via phone, very accommodating. Rooms were tidy, comfy beds, clean bedding, bathroom small but functional. Enjoyed our stay.

Its was not good…when i saw pictures i thought it was good but when i reached there it was like expectations vs reality.Rooms are not cleaned properly,there was no tea,sugar there was only dust.Even dish was unwashed seems like previous guest have used that.

Okay as a base

Our family of 2 adults and 1 child stayed for 2 nights during October half-term. The onsite staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is in need of refurb due to a roof issue which has closed the kitchen and bar. Slightly disappointed the bar was still advertised but not open. The room was perfect for our needs. We were disturbed one night by other guests behaviour but this was not down to the hotel. In conclusion, the hotel was great for what we needed - just a base to explore Blackpool

There was no staff at reception whenever we were in need.we spent 2 nights without electricity there.Wifi was totally disgusting and the password and id shared was also invalid.Bedsheets were dirty and having hairs.so much noise wasthere in surrounding areas we couldn't sleep.

Great room for the price :)

Great reception from the lady who checked us in, really friendly and efficient. Our room was a good size for 2 adults and a child, we had a double bed and a single. Toilet, sink and shower and small flat screen tv in the room as well as a kettle and tea and coffee making items. Plenty of towels and toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo in the shower. Beds were clean and comfy, wardrobe with hangers was great and plenty of plug sockets available in the room. The only negatives were the door lock was temperamental and took some fiddling with to lock and unlock. Could have been a bit cleaner but we’ve stayed in much worse b&bs in Blackpool, all in all for £50ish per night you don’t get perfection and modern luxury but this is a nice hotel for the price and we’d stay there again.

Rooms full of mold, damp, fruit or drain flies, never been cleaned behind beds, pillows stained, curtains yellow, mushroom growing from bathroom floor, bin not emptied still had previous guest’s sanatry towels, no heating, electric lighting hanging off the ceilings and walls, light switches loose, wall paper is hanging off the ceiling covering a huge hole from water damage, this place shouldn’t be open! Cups dirty, kettle filthy, water pipes for the shower cut off hanging freely, photos advertised for this hotel do not MATCH the condition of the hotel FALSE ADVERISEMENT. Trading standards needs to visit this place and shut it down before someone becomes critically ill.

Terrible

Paid for a family room,suppose to have 1 double and 1 single bed. Got 1 double bed in a small room. The noise outside was all night,drunkards and yobs shouting. Slept ontop of bed as it looked manky. Only stayed as it was a family emergency. Would not recommend anything at all. No good points...sorry just honest. It was like a rabbit hutch.

Very disappointing.

Disappointed. Mould to corner of room wallpaper lifting. Hall and stairs smelled musty and damp. Shower unusable dirty unit and showerhead covered in black mould. Room very cramped, single put up bed covered drawers and wardrobe. Not very welcoming outdoors or lounge area (looks unused and hookah pipes decorate windowsill). Outside wee garden area old beer cans and cigarette stubs.

Poor Hotel

The hotel is in a good location, that's the only positive. The rooms are in a poor state of disrepair. The wall paper is peeling, there's electrics hanging out everywhere, and the showers are incredibly small. The UHT milk was a year out of date in the room. When we left there was nobody to check out with. When we checked in we were told it was a good job we arrived early as there wouldn't be anyone there post-4pm. This was not an issue, but had arrived later it would have been. It would have been nice to have been communicated this in advance. We ran out of toilet paper and there was nobody to ask for any more in the morning. This was at 9am so I would have expected someone to be around, and there was still nobody around when we checked out so we had to post the keys through the door. Wasn't expecting the Ritz at this price, but was still very disappointed.
