Charming inn with comfortable rooms in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and downtown area, lots of restaurants, and lovely views from the inn. I would stay here again.

Cute, quiet inn. No frills but was clean and pleasant. Great location that was much quieter than the busy parts of Cannery Row, but still very close to the aquarium and other attractions. Would stay there again!

We were looking forward to staying here. On the website it looked really nice. We particularly liked having a fireplace in the room. However, when we arrived and were shown to our room, we were informed that the fireplace did not work and if we needed some warmth, there was a space heater in the closet. We also were disappointed in the breakfast. We are used to a complimentary breakfast during our stays in other hotels in that area, but this place charged $35 so we grabbed food locally and ate at the beach. We were not impressed with this place and from now on will find someplace else to stay.

If you are talk or even medium height do not stay upstairs. The ceiling is slanted on both sides. Picture an attic of sorts. Only thing that are updated are the curtains it looks like. No central ac just a electric fireplace fine in the daytime at night it leaves a scary feeling. Oh and a step staircase to the room

We stayed here for 2 nights & we’re in town to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was comfortable enough & the room was spacious & well equipped. However, the parking lot is shared by another hotel “ Charles” which made the spots very tight & difficult to park. Overall, satisfactory stay.

Nice place but the check in could be better, had to read out my card information while waiting outside the room to get a door code. Also be aware if you are coming without a car, there is no luggage storage available.

We loved our three nights here! We stayed in the upstairs room facing Forest Ave. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and quiet. Parking is tight but convenient. Check-in required a phone call to get our room access number but easy. Coffee maker in room but we needed to go downtairs to a communal breakfast room for microwave and fridge. Not an issue but a sink down there would be nice. We appreciated being able to use real plates, wine glasses and silverware. The home is a beautiful historic home in a perfect location just three blocks away from the Pacific Grove town center. We walked everywhere including Lovers Point Beach and nature sanctuary. The entire neighborhood is very cool with interesting homes, shops and restaurants and places to explore. The Wine Block is a favorite! I will recommend Pacific Grove Inn to our friends!

The sea view you can only see a small glimer of ocean but its still a nice view and the fireplace was warming for the cold nights and the bed was really loud but comfortable and the room was very clean and the tv had good channels as well. But the prarking is very tight even for small cars its very tight.

The room was clean and comfortable. No one to greet you. Have to call and get a code for the room. Could have had more coffee packets for the coffee machine. Never saw the staff to ask. Parking is on the lot but very tight.
