Llegue al hotel a encontrar a la Policia Federal Mexicano en posecion del hotel, sin dar admision a nadie, Policia informo que llevaban mas de una semana clausurando el hotel.

La alberca era un horno, no había suficientes lugares con sombra para descansar, estuvieron haciendo arreglos para un evento en la zona de descanso lo que fue molesto. En fin salvo por eso me parece que es un hermoso lugar con espacios desperdiciados y mala organización en el areas que deberían ser para estar tranquilo.

Excelente todo excepto que la cerradura del baño se trabo y m hija estuvo por mas de 40 minutos sin poder salir hasta que llamamos al Encargado en Turno y el cerrajero ya resolvió el problema, es importante que cada vez que entreguen un cuarto a un nuevo huésped revisen que todo lo del cuarto funciona, no quiero imaginar si un menor se hubiera quedado encerrado y lo que hubiera pasado, mi hija comento que no volvería a ese hotel, lástima

Es un lugar ideal para descansar y relajarte, el cañón que está justo frente al hotel es increíble y la cascada le da un toque único de naturaleza, el hotel es tipo antiguo conservador pero muy bonito deberían cuidarlo un poco más, En la recepción no son muy amables, pero el resto del personal, en alberca, spa, restaurante son de lo más atentos, sin duda regresaría

Excelente hotel para relajarse y/o hacer ejercicio. Alejado del ruido y de los tumultos. Tiene un restaurante con comida muy variada y una vista preciosa a la cascada. Cuenta con preciosos jardines e instalaciones como alberca techada, cancha de tenis salón para eventos. SPA, con diversos circuitos: hidromasaje, baño turco, masajes, faciales, etc. Además el precio es excelente.
