Went up for Americade 2026. The property is very nice and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Definitely clean but needed some work. Some of the shower wall tiles were sticking out and the toilet was loose. But overall it was fine for a place to sleep and shower. Bed was so so. Could have been a little more comfortable but it was clean. They don’t have maid service so you have to put your used linens outside the front door and they start replacing them with clean linens around 11am. I would definitely stay again in the future.

My Wife and I had a very pleasant stay despite the cold and rainy weather. The room was a first floor room with a giant walk in handicapped shower with a bench seat. The room was extremely clean and was located in their new building. It was just as we had requested as both of us have mobility issues. The shower was very helpful and big enough to hold a barn dance in! Since Covid this particular hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping, which we knew in advance as we've stayed with them before. They will however remove your garbage and give you a fresh towel exchange as long as you have it outside your room before 10am. The only issue we had was that even though they took our trash and used towels, they didn't not bring us fresh ones. We had returned after being out for the day and had to call the office to request them. However, they were very pleasant and brought them very quickly when called. With that being the only miniscule issue we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay with them again!

We had a comfortable stay at this basic and affordable Lake George motel. It was easy to walk to the lake from the property (at first we weren’t sure if it’d be safe but walking along the narrow part was very minimal). The owners were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

A Good Place for Families

This hotel was a good fit for our family. There was a small playground and well-maintained outdoor pool. The motel is showing a little wear on the inside, but it was fine. If you stay on the third floor of the building by the pool, the walkway to rooms is quite narrow because of the chairs in front of the rooms.
