I recently had the opportunity to stay at this restor, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards of a five-star resort. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that there was no welcome drink offered. When I inquired about it, the receptionist's response was rather rude, directing me to a self-serve area in the corner.
To add to the initial disappointment, we waited for over an hour for our buggy to arrive to take us to our villa. It became apparent that we had been forgotten, prompting me to remind the staff of our pending transfer. When we finally reached our villa, I was dismayed to find that the swimming pool was in poor condition, with visible patches that detracted from the overall experience. The following morning, my hopes for improvement were dashed when I visited the breakfast buffet. Rather than a restaurant experience, guests were directed to an upstairs area where food was served in a manner reminiscent of catering, lacking the ambiance one would expect at a luxury resort. Overall, my stay at this restort fell far short of the five-star standard I had anticipated. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with subpar amenities and service, left me with a lasting impression of disappointment. Regrettably, I do not foresee a return visit to this establishment in the future.
