Extremely Disappointing Experience During My Stay

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my family and I were treated during our recent stay at your hotel. What started as an enjoyable visit quickly turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting experience due to the actions of one of your staff members.
After a long day, my family and I returned to the hotel and simply wanted to sit down and eat in the lobby area. We were abruptly told that the lobby was closed by a staff member who addressed us in an unnecessarily rude and aggressive manner. Instead of kindly informing us of the closure, she proceeded to turn off the lights while we were still seated and continued to treat us with hostility.
Later, when we used the pool area—well aware of the posted hours—we ensured we were cleaning up and preparing to leave as it approached closing time. Despite our cooperation, the same staff member was again unreasonably rude, pushing us to leave in a very aggressive manner, raising her voice, and even blaming us for a grill that had leftover charcoal in it, which we had nothing to do with. Her behavior was not only unprofessional, but made us feel completely unwelcome, and even frightened my children.
This treatment was entirely unacceptable. I had planned to extend my stay an additional night, but I decided against it because of this experience. It’s incredibly unfortunate because I actually enjoyed many aspects of
