Property is great but poor communication on gate code to enter pool area gets switched often , also did was not communicated that parking permit per vehicle was an extra cost until you get there.

Villa was nice. Water coming up through floor in kitchen. Place made it seem like the pool was right there when it was a good amount ways away. No amentities included. Gym not included. Gym tenant was VERY rude. Won’t book here again.

Be ready to give them way too much information!

The condo was fine, the place was clean, and it's close to the beach. Unfortunately the booking was very difficult and the property management company made it so I didn't want to use them again. They wanted so much extra information to stay there... They required a picture of my face while holding my driver's license (strange), they made me give them a credit card three times (first on hotels.com, then for the Edgewater registration for parking, and then again over the phone for incidentals), they made me fill two different applications (one for Edgewood and one for Southern Vacation Rentals)... I kept telling them that it felt too much like fraud (texts with misspelled words, etc.) but I called the number provided on the booking information on hotels.com and they just kept saying all of this is required over and over. The reason they gave was that hotels.com doesn't share the information with them so we are forced to do it... I couldn't get my money back so I did all of the crazy requirements... The place was fine, but there were fees not listed in hotels.com like $50 parking and guests had trouble coming to visit and park. Then the check out time was 9am - which is insane... and you are supposed to take all the trash out, load the dishwasher and basically do all of the cleaning when you are paying a cleaning fee and a separate "property management fee" all before 9am. It would have been a nice stay if not for all of the crazy booking requirements and the 9am check out time.

Not A Fan At All!!

Terribly disappointed in my stay at Edgewater. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a strong cigarette odor. I was on a religious retreat, and I reeked of smoke the entire time. So embarrassing to arrive with my fellow churchgoers smelling like an ashtray. Management gave me an ozone machine which I ran 3 times and still couldn't get rid of the smell. On top of this the windows were so dirty you could barely see out. Like a body with sunscreen smeared itself all over. As much as I paid, I am highly disappointed. I saw many other rooms, being there with a group of 900 and mine was by far the worst!!! Don't get me started on the banana yellow walls. This place needs a makeover and fast!!! I am not happy with my stay at all and do not recommend. 8 days I endured this and even asked for a different room.

Parking lot is a little tight especially on larger vehicles but overall everything else was amazing. Staff is nice, views are amazing, dining options are plentiful in the area and it is far enough down the strip that traffic is not an issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

From arrival to early departure we were treated like second class citizens. Our reservation was not honored nor were any attempts made to accommodate us. Room was dirty, tv’s did not work and cabinet doors were hanging from one screw. Pictures are a joke.
