Having paid £220/night for 2 people I expected something better. The family room didn't have a window to the outside world, apart from a skylight above, so little natural light and a big negative for me. No luggage rack, no sheets/duvet for the sofabed, no shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries, or toilet brush for that matter. Shower was a fine line between cold and scalding hot.
People were friendly enough but overall I was disappointed. A Premier Inn would have been better. Our room didn't look like the pictures so maybe it was the room, but I wouldn't stay here again.
