This was hands down one of the worst lodging experiences we’ve ever had.
The place felt like an abandoned ghost town — not a single guest, no staff, no service. “Luxury” is a complete lie. The photos online are extremely misleading. Self check-in = no one to help you. The bedroom looked nothing like advertised, and when my spouse went into the bathroom, the bathtub was stained with awful rust. The kitchenette was dirty, the trash can was full, and one of the sofas downstairs had a broken armrest.
I’m a disabled military veteran, and this property had zero accommodations for accessibility. When I called and spoke with Jared, the representative admitted it wasn’t right and said they’d approve a refund. But when Hotels.com followed up, the manager suddenly denied it — forcing me to go through my bank to dispute the charge.
A total scam. If you’re looking for an isolated, uncomfortable, and completely unsupported experience, this place will deliver. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
