A real good experience in a clean hotel, small & beautiful. Great rooms and whole ambience. The restaurant may improve and the lightning could be stronger un certain places where women may see clearer for they make up. The service was great.

Property was beautiful.. Staff was really nice.. But the highlight was the staff and food in the restaurant.. Food was very good and the waiters were very attentive and helpful with suggestions..Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.. Ubers were the way to go for travel and very inexpensive..

We stayed at Mesón de las Delicias for a few days and loved the hotel itself. It is a cute little hotel with lots of tropical plants (greenery). The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with your requests. The only bad thing I can note is that they have their own restaurant inside the hotel and you have to share a small parking lot with hotel guests and attendees of the restaurant.

This was the best location closest to the city center. The hotel was inviting and very quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet and shower area was a bit cramped but not a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cuernavaca.

Lovely!
The Hotel is Beautiful and all the staff is super friendly and Helpful. The breakfast included is awesome and the overall food of the restaurant tastes great. The only complaint i would have is that Netflix and the other streaming apps don't qork on the TV and that the Pool was closed sometimes because they were putting chemicals on it so i couldn't go in .

Close to center of downtown, walkable to city center. Location is convenient. One block to the bus station to from Mexico city. Staff is super nice, though they don't speak English very well, but we can communicate by Google translate without problem. The breakfast start from 9AM, It's bit too later since I have to go at 8AM. Everything else is good.

Disgusting room next to noisy road trafficked by buses, motorcycle and cars. Fumes seeped into the room through a screen high in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen is room. Management refused to change the room without cost. It’s incredible that such a room can be marketed.
