Handy location for Disney and secure parking. Considering a four star, the corridors are littered with room service meals that haven’t been collected. The pool is nice once you are in, but again no towels provided, changing rooms not the best, and the approach is filthy. Hotels.com members were not offered the promised 20% of dining etc.

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip . The hotel is clean and OMG the beds were so comfy with crisp linen .the buffet breakfast was exceptional and the staff very friendly. Very good free shuttle bus to Disney . Only negative- our tv didn’t work and on the second day we only had one used towel - no replacement of fresh ones Woukd definitely stay here again

When we checked in, I received neither information about the hotel's facilities nor other essential details. Meanwhile, someone checking in next to me was informed about the hotel's amenities and the shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The receptionist mentioned an upgrade, but when I stated that I preferred the room I had originally booked, I was given a room with a non-functional bathroom, insufficient bedding for four people, not enough towels for everyone, and, to make matters worse, instead of a bed for two, we were provided with a broken sofa bed. I had to call the reception multiple times, as the staff struggled with English. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all my years of traveling. I will certainly never book this hotel again. The service was far from satisfactory.
