The gym was well kept. The air conditioning was very good. The closing hours of the indoor pool was too restrictive. The pool closed at 7:00 pm. What after a long drive you arrive at the hotel at that time. Once you check in and get settled in the pool is already closed. A lot of hotels have the pool open untim 10:00 pm.

Staff was perfect, hotel is just old and kept at the bare minimum. That being said it was clean and convenient. Pool was closed, only open between 10 and 7.....websites need to be updated as this hotel has the outside pool filled in, the breakfast was provided but again the bare minimum. Honestly it should be priced cheaper, but clean and right off 95.

The hotel need a lot of upkeep. The handle was damaged and we had trouble going into and out of the room. The staff were very nice and willing to work with us on a few things. They have and indoor and an outdoor pool. The kids loved that. The rooms are outdated.

I was able to book my room with no problem. It wasn’t until I checked in and the Hotel Desk Assistant told me that because Expedia hasn’t updated their website to state there is a certain price for a service fee, I will have to pay an additional dollar. So, last night 11/29/2025 I went into the Expedia app and to the Quality Inn & Suites by Choice Hotel and looked to see if the service fee is a specific dollar amount and well, it states that there is a specific price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to stay in a hotel that STEALS money from their guests!!! I went to the front desk to speak with someone this morning and I was told I cannot be refunded the additional dollar I paid they stole from me!! Just think about how many customers they get on a daily basis that is paying an additional dollar charge on their hotel stay! Expedia.com I want my money back from this hotel or you!! It’s about the principle not the dollar!!! DON’T STEAL FROM PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO PAY ATTENTION AND READ THE FINE PRINT!
