The hotel is clean, spacious and updated but full charm and right in the best location on canal way but close 5 min walk to San Marco square. Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal. It was constant free entertainment with hearing the musicians playing and singing during the day as they would float by our place. This darling place is located in the perfect location. They gave us easy directions to get there. Vanessa at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and helped us get a water taxi, literally 3 steps away to get to our cruise ship shuttle drop off place. Beautiful views of the canal and gondolas floating by. We loved this place!

The beds were the most uncomfortable part of our stay, unfortunately. The room itself was spacious and comfortable for 3 people. However the beds affected our stay a lot, along with the noise. We could hear the people above us. I do have to give thanks to the front desk for being patient with my friend who made a mistake while intoxicated.

What a perfect place to stay and in Venice. Windows look over a small inner canal! So picturesque! The staff were helpful with any directions we needed and everything was so close. Yet it was off the tourist path. The rooms were lovely and all the amenities of home including laundry. It was in fact a huge apartment, even 2 bathrooms. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard.
