The location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens, 7 from the train station and maybe 7 or 8 to the waterside. The hotel is a budget, no frills option and you get what you pay for. The rooms are small, the bed is against a wall on one side so a bit of a pain to get in and out of. The bathroom is a wet room so be prepared for that. The shower was hot but not powerful so having a shower was functional, not invigorating. Breakfast was ok. Processed cheese slices and cold meats, hot option was chicken meatballs, scrambled eggs and roasti potatoes. Not great but edible. I don't eat pastries but the selection of breads and pastries looked pretty good to my untrained eye. Overall, I would say for 3 night city break its a pretty good option if you just want somewhere to sleep but if you want to stay longer or have a few frills like a decent shower or a bar you might want to try somewhere else.

I just returned from a 3 night stay at the CABINN City having found it online. My first impression was that the pictures online are very very flattering. I paid around £360 for a 3 night stay and didn’t realise how expensive accommodation was in Copenhagen when I booked my flights. I was really underwhelmed by my room when I arrived and it didn’t look like the pictures online. These are tiny rooms with pod bathrooms built in. It was musty, super warm and shabby. Plastic cable housing was hanging off the walls and the toilet capsule absolutely stunk of urine. The entire room just needed to be updated. The bed was clean and comfortable and the staff on reception were friendly. The rooms have absolutely no climate control or air conditioning. I was on the 5th floor and the weather was warm. The kind man on reception offered me a fan for my room, but it made little difference. Whilst I couldn’t fault the location, only a few minutes walk from central station, I don’t think this property offers value for money. Local people that I spoke to said “eurgh” when I told them where I was staying and so I guess it has a reputation for not being too nice. I didn’t really enjoy my stay here and I would not choose to stay here again.

Good location- walkable to the city. Very near central transit station. Small room but just all you need. Well set up for self sufficient travel. A locker room in basement if you arrive before checkin- you pay per hour all automated. Rooms just what you need if using carry on size and can put them under the bed. A kettle in room . We didn’t partake of the paid breakfast - bought coffee and orange juice one morning - coffee was good but small cup as costly as being out at a good restaurant so not savings . Would stay again
