Un problème de réservation m’a conduit à me retrouver avec un doublon. Malgré cela, l’hôtel a choisi de maintenir les deux réservations, de les facturer intégralement et de refuser tout remboursement, ce qui laisse penser que la satisfaction du client n’est pas une priorité pour la direction. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner ne répond pas aux attentes dans cette catégorie d’hôtels ni l’insonorisation des chambres qui est insuffisante.

Très bon hôtel qui est bien situé. Parking spacieux. Chambre de très bonne qualité, bonne taille générale, douche, bureau, grande télévision. Vraiment bien globalement. Ce que je ne comprends pas et c’est la raison pour laquelle je retire une étoile : la literie est beaucoup trop dure. J’ai l’habitude de voyager et j’ai vraiment été surpris - lit pas agréable du tout alors que tout le reste est bon. Peut être un sur-matelas pas cher à ajouter ? Mais forcément c’est gênant pour un hôtel.
