They removed all of our items, repacked our items, while we were out fir the evening, then gave our room to another person. When we arrived back to the hotel, our room key wouldn't work. When we went to the front desk to correct the issue, they said well that is not your room. We went to the room, and another man was there. (And we found our beverages were still in the refrigerator) The front desk person, Jude, assigned us a new room, was very confused as to how that circumstance even happened. He asvised that we contact expedia, for a full refund. That kind of situation should have never happened. And the feeling that someone went through all of our belongings, is extremely uncomfortable.
