So, my son has a condition where he cannot control his temperature. We specifically booked a deluxe apartment which was described as having air conditioning. I"d read on previous reviews that customers had same experience ( no AC even though room description stated it had!)
Id tried contacting RentPlanet via their own chat via website, by WhatsApp, by emails and via Expedia. Their communication was none existant.
On our travel day, i contacted Expedia who spoke to someone at RentPlanet called Pavlov, who told the Expedia agent tbat there WAS AC anc not to be concerned.
Surprise surprise NO AIR CON. Just a fan that blows warm air around.
Oh and add to the fact that the balcony door couldn't be opened as it was damaged! Sign up to say not to open!
Absolutely disgusting service
Misleading and incorrect advertising.
Expedia have escalated the case to get a refund. If not, i will be contacting my credit card and do a Section 75 claim.
