El alojamiento nueno limpio El personal muy amable y servicial Lo malo aparentemente muchas personas alojadas en el sitio parecian drogadictos sin alojamiento consumiendo mariguana en frente del hotel

Para un viaje con niños no es recomendable. Si bien es un hotel muy cercano para el acuario y la torre CN 15 a 20 min caminando paso de niño 25 min. Los alrededores no son bonitos. A la esquina del hotel habian muchos itinérantes y personas muy drogadas , para los niños no da buena imagen. Pero si van solos o entre amigos y no les interesa eso , va bien. Al interior todo basico pero limpio. El personal amable.

The front stuff good, offered really good room with views of the downtown towers. However, the front of the hotel is a mess and they have to put some efforts to clean up the homelessness situation over there.

This hotel is in Old downtown. The neighborhood is shady although there were no problems. It did not feel safe enough to walk around especially in the evenings. We ubered. This appears to be a halfway home for recovering addicts.

Great person at Reception Who even Told us which Streetcar to take Even gave us a map And when we checked out she said if we were walking around for the morning And headed back home in the afternoon We could leave the car at the hotel Even tho we'd checked out Very nice of her Well I know where to Book if I'm in that area again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here with my two daughters for a concert. It was affordable and not my first time in Toronto. It’s not far from attractions, off Queen Street East Don’t expect a five star hotel at this less expensive price. It’s a clean place to lay your head. The beds and sheets were clean and the mattresses very comfortable!

Very basic but it served the purpose. There was no amenities to speak of but the location was good. No room service or restaurant. There is an elevator. Good parking close to down town Toronto (10 minutes).

Great location with comfy beds. I believe the rooms they give out are all on the 6th floor which is good for the view. Staff were really nice and give us a lot of tips for traversing the city the first time!

Det virkede som om dele af stedet var udlejet til narkomaner og subsistensløse. Ved indgangen sad de og røg joints mm. Gaderne omkring var fyldt med hjemløse og narkomaner. Absolut ikke et sted hvor man føler sig tryg. På trods af 8 betalte nætter, benyttede vi kun en overnatning inden vi fandt et andet sted.
