I thought this hotel would be a good place for my family to stay based off of a quick glance of the reviews, and also because it is associated with Wyndham.
Instead, we found it was dirty, unkept, and the staff was not helpful nor considerate. We ended up leaving the night we got in. Upon closer inspection of the reviews on google, you can tell some of them are AI generated.
Our hotel room had a wet floor outside of the bathroom- damp to the touch. The room had a musky smell, and my husband who is allergic to mold started coughing. There were two crickets under the desk (very unexpected) and dead roly poly bugs in the corners of the room. I noticed a couple stains on the comforter, and after examining the sheets found several more stains, rips, and hair.
We asked to switch rooms, explaining the situation. The front desk person simply said, "no," with no explanation or concern about the problems in our room. I don't trust the reviews on here. Perhaps if you just want a cheap place to stay for the night this is an option, but if you're going to spend $100, might as well stay somewhere else.
