Basic hotel and healthy breakfast. Staff was very fussy in the beginning and we had to have a talk. After reminding them of their manners FIRMLY and that I was the customer, they fit back into proper service mode. They are a little too informal and afterwards were better, the day staff. The evening crew at night was always professional and helpful. Hotel grounds are minimal and a refurbished Holiday Inn type from the 70s or so. Vintage and safer with a security fence. Public transportation is easy and fast food nearby. It's near Disneyland Paris by Uber for 30€ but return by Uber before the late night show ends or Uber back goes to 50€ to 80€ at 11pm ish. Our room AC was dripping water/ condensation but it was very hot 35C so its understandable. Overall night staff is excellent. Day staff needs to brush up on always being polite and helpful to tired guests. Otherwise it's hard not to get upset with rude fussy reception staff. Some say French are naturally fussy but that's unacceptable for USA clients and they reacted to strong effusive feedback. Dr. Cole MD

Nous sommes arrivées de nuit et l’a cueilli était tout à fait correct. Le lendemain matin à l’arrivée au petit déjeuner aussi. Donc côté personnel riz à redire sur leur amabilité. Par contre, 1ere mauvaise surprise en prenant la chambre qui est m’a été attribuée: chambre pas faite occupée par des fumeurs 😲 avec une odeur épouvantable. Le jeune homme de l’accueil a pu trouver une solution au bout d’un certain temps après m’avoir d’abord annoncé que l’hôtel était normalement complet. Donc chambres basiques mais suffisamment confortables pour une nuit d’étape. Un simple sèche-cheveux serait l’idéal mais rien de grave. On voit que c’est un peu vieillot à certains détails (cuvette des toilettes qui a vécu). Le petit déjeuner buffet est suffisamment copieux et varié pour y trouve son bonheur. La terrasse est petite mais agréable et éloignée de la route. Dommage que la seule table libre étaient pleine de miettes … On va dire qu’on a joué de mal chance mais tout est rentré dans l’ordre avec un peu de patience. La literie est top et permet de bien dormir ce qui est finalement le plus important.

Le séjour a été décevant. À notre arrivée, la chambre n'était pas propre : miettes de nourriture, cheveux, taches non identifiées sur les murs et sur les draps, toiles d'araignée. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception. Il nous a été proposé de changer de chambre, mais nous avons refusé, notre séjour ne durant que deux nuits. Nous avons simplement demandé que le ménage soit effectué pendant notre absence. Malheureusement, seules les serviettes ont été remplacées. Cela laisse penser qu'aucun contrôle n'est effectué par la réception ou la gouvernante après le passage des femmes de chambre. Les lits sont néanmoins très confortables et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est essentiel avec les fortes chaleurs. En revanche, il n'y a pas de téléphone dans les chambres pour joindre la réception en cas de besoin. Il faut donc se déplacer ou utiliser son téléphone portable. De plus, aucun coffre-fort n'est disponible pour sécuriser les objets de valeur ou les passeports. Le petit-déjeuner est également décevant, avec très peu de choix, notamment en produits frais. Enfin, le personnel reste sympathique et courtois, et les chambres ont un petit charme.
