Relajante

Pasamos un día relajante después de una semana laboral dura y fue un acierto elegir este hotel. La comida buena calidad precio la cena exactamente igual y el servicio excelente el entorno en la terraza sin igual. En resumen volveremos y seguiremos disfrutando de éstas instalaciones.

Muy buen sitio para descansar y desconectar. Las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Buena localización, aunque si quieres ir a Denia o alrededores necesitas coche. Personal amable y correcto. Para volver !!

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick übers weite Land bis zum Meer hin. Doppelzimmer mit 2 überbreiten Betten, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die gesamte Hotelanlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.

Super séjour au Syncrosera, très beau temps. L'emplacement, la vue depuis la terrasse, le très bon petit déjeuner et l'ensemble du complexe hôtelier est irréprochable. La chambre est spacieuse et les parkings sont gratuits. Le plus c'est la piscine semi- olympique conçue pour les nageurs. Le complexe se trouve au pied de la colline avec une vue dégager a 180 degrés. A trois kilomètres il y a un grand centre commercial et les plages sont a vingt minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Chambre très agréable mais déçus du séjour, faisions escale dans cet hôtel et avons malheureusement dîner au restaurant... Nuit courte car digestion très très difficile pour moi et mon mari suite à notre repas. .. Décevant... Nous reprenions la route le lendemain à 7h du matin très difficilement....

Our 2nd year at this beautiful hotel. Stayed for 10 nights. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfasts. Quiet. Absolutely stunning views from the terrace across the mountains especially at night for the sunset. Delicious evening meals and some evenings have entertainment. My only negative comment is the red sensor light above the bed which flashes when you move. We did not have this problem last year but were told all the rooms have this. Maybe the sensor was on the other side of the room last year. Caused disturbed nights. Otherwise perfect. You do need a car if you choose to stay here.

This experience was a bit mixed. Ranging from excellent to dreadful. Breakfast; Excellent - the quality of the food was very good. Dreadful - tables were left with used plates, bowls and cutlery, dirty tables. People had to migrate into an area set up for lunch as so many tables hadn't been cleared. The room; The excellent - a really large bright room, nicely furnished. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Unfortunately - dreadful - human waste on the toilet wall!! The gym; Excellent gym is really well equipped. But - no towels for hotel guests - unless you rent one. This was a surprise as having stayed in many hotels with gyms it is normal practice to provide guests with a towel for gym use free of charge. The pool; The excellent - a real quality pool, designed with a swimmer in mind. The hotel staff; The excellent - upon arrival, I think it was Rebecca, the process and her attention to detail was very good. Reception staff were generally very good. The waiting staff at breakfast appeared to be really demotivated. The hotel is in a great location with good parking.

Mixed experience – Great potential but major communication and comfort issues The hotel itself is quite nice, but our stay was covered by poor communication and several frustrating service failures. First, there was a language barrier with the Spanish-speaking service staff, which led to a serious issue: my pregnant wife was served raw beef. It took an additional hour just to get her correct order. Furthermore, our air conditioning was broken, leaving us in a 27°C room for two nights. The only person who tried to help was the new head of reception, but the only compensation offered was a late checkout on our departure day, which didn't make up for the sleepless nights. To top it off, our room cards stopped working, and due to a lack of understanding from the receptionist, I had to walk up and down three times before it was finally fixed. The property has good vibes but the management needs to improve staff training and maintenance.

C’est décevant que les services tel que le spa soit payant en plus alors qu’on est dans un hôtel haut de gamme. Payant pour les clients extérieurs ok, mais pas pour les clients de l’hôtel ! Aussi : les bonnets obligatoires et non fournis pas top. 8€ à la machine c’est ridicule je trouve.

This hotel does not warn you in advance that if you want to swim you must have a swimming cap and ‘indoor’ flip flops. I did not know so I was unable to swim during my stay. I also hoped to do lots of fitness classes but turns out it’s an extra 17EUR per class. They charge extra for pretty much anything you want to do. You definitely need a car - without this you don’t have access to any shops. La Sella is a 30-min walk away which is lovely but only 2 restaurants and a pharmacy. The rooms themselves are great - big and spacious. You need to bring your own shower gel and conditioner as not provided. Also when I first checked in, the smell of the cleaning products was so so strong, I had to vacate for a few hours and keep the window open to ventilate.

Schönes Sporthotel mit Verbesserungspotential

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. In den ganzen zwei Wochen war vor allem Frau Nakonechna sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Der Restaurantservice war freundlich, aber vielleicht etwas unterbesetzt und somit fehlte ein wenig die Aufmerksamkeit für das Drumherum. Schade war, dass man abends nicht in dem wunderschön hergerichteten Speisesaal essen konnte, um von dort die schöne Aussicht zu geniessen. Für Biker gibt es einen modern eingerichteten Abstellraum mit Reparaturmöglichkeiten. Nur leider ist z.B. der Kompressor defekt gewesen und es war etwas unsauber während des ganzen Aufenthaltes. Dass könnte man verbessern, immerhin wird das Hotel als Bike-Hotel beworben. Beim Frühstücks-Bufett haben uns die regionalen Produkte wie z.B. frische Marmeladen gefehlt und auch der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist wirklich schlecht.

Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did suck and it's impractical if you don't have a car. Besides that, every view is lovely and it has a killer gym and pool.
