Hotel is very dark, hallways are dated. Historic feeling. Most of all, it doesn't feel like a hotel in terms of service. No sense whatsoever of anyone available to help, welcome you, no information about parking, food options, etc. Front desk was helpful when asked to store our luggage, however. No restrooms off of lobby, you had to go down a set of stairs and up a different set of stairs to get to one. Lobby is up one flight, when we checked in at night there was no one to direct us to the lobby. We had to flag down someone to take our order at breakfast but once it arrived, it was excellent. The2 best thing about the hotel were the bathrooms, which were very clean, spacious and modern, and the lobby "lounge,: which is set up like a library reading room and was very convenient for doing work or having a meeting.
