Great stay in the Lima!
Carlos has been great in providing advice about everything, from my check-in to check-out, as well as the tour in the city and Peru. Overall, the service was great, the room was clean, and if I visit Lima again in the future, I will stay here again.

No nonsense hotel and a very good value for Miraflores if your objective is to get some sleep and venture out to see some of Lima's tourist destinations. Many restaurants close by. Casinos too if you are into that sort of thing. Breakfast not thrilling but with the reasonable rates more than adequate. Front desk staff competent, helpful and congenial. Special kudos to Carlos, Lucero and Sara at reception. Hotel taxis can be expensive as we discovered on our trip to the airport. Consider a taxi app on your phone instead.

The hotel DOES NOT OFFER ROOM SERVICE. This is my biggest complaint. I arrived late in the afternoon with a stomach ache and i needed a chicken soup, the lady at the restaurant told me in a rude way I needed to come down and pick up my own food. I am not sure I have ever heard that,. A word of advice, implement room service!
