We were welcomed very warmly and kindly, and they spoke to us in Spanish since we don’t speak French. The entire process was very cordial and quick.
The room is comfortable and has a very unique decor with books and art. It’s clear that the rooms have been recently renovated.
The mattress and pillows were wonderful. Everything was very clean. There was a small minibar with a variety of products, and a complimentary bottle of water, but there was no coffee maker.
Our room was on a lower floor facing the street. We could hear quite a bit of street noise at night, especially the garbage collection, but aside from that, it was nice to have a window facing the street.
The bathroom had the particularity of having a very high bathtub; I would have preferred it to have a handrail or to be lower, at a normal height. I think an older person would have had difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub. It was quite challenging and dangerous.
The breakfast was fantastic—varied and complete—in a very pleasant setting.
I would definitely return to this hotel.
