Alex, the evening man with the pony tail that checked us in was horrible to start. He was not at all helpful and did not provide any type of front desk support. Sheets took two calls within an hour and a half to come up. No one was available at the front desk in the 10-11:30 hour and I had to go next door to get assistance. That is where Alex was hiding. I had to let him know that my 8 year old daughter closed the bathroom door while the door was locked, and we were unable to access our bathroom. He said he would send someone but no one ever came. After an hour, the night manager was on and I had to get back out of bed to retell him what happened.
