Had a great stay.

Unfortunately the hot-tub was under maintenance. The room is basic. The communal area was nice for breakfast. There are many random food options and dishes available for use.

Staff was great but the property and customers deserve much better cleaning.

The pool had dirt on it. The hot tub didn’t work. The hotel lobby and common area where the continental breakfast should be held is dirty and quite frankly, disgusting. The rooms were ok. They were clean. The best part about the stay was the staff. The person who checked us in and out was very friendly.

Hotel was well located but could use some cleaning. The stairs are a bit sketchy

Property is at a good location, however it does require some up keeping and renovations. The bathroom was not that clean, empty toilet paper roll under the sink. The bathroom fan was dirty, cracked tile floors.

The room was very dirty and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I had a disappointing experience and will not return to this hotel!

Room 217. The mini fridge even plugged in was not working. Cannot store food. The screen was broken along the edges. Room was clean. Needs to be updated. Did not use the pool, just came to sleep. Staff were polite when present.

Extremely rude staff. The property is filthy and the rooms are even worse. DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel needs to be condemned.

The clerk was very helpful. Outdoor pool was working. Toilet was extremely lose the screws needed a good tighten. The facility needs a renovation.

Our sheets had crumbs in them, mold in the bathroom, stains on the floors, the room had no heat. The hot tub and pool were both under maintenance.

Staff were kind and made sure I was able to access my room after hours. The back door is open 24/7 so anyone can access the property and come right to your door, similar to a motel. The sheets and towels were clean, and NO bedbugs - I checked. The room itself is old and dated. The room seemed dirty, especially the bathroom but I couldn’t tell if it was just stained or dirty. The shower curtain was stained, the curtains were faded in areas but perhaps from heater below. Door was not super secure.

I booked this room for an employee who was working out of town. The pictures he sent me show a very dirty, poorly maintained room and grounds. The photos you have on your website are not an accurate depiction of what condition this building is in. It has been removed from my list of places to have our employees stay.
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

The place is an older motel. The Hot tub has not been working for a few months now but is still being promoted as working which is misleading. The fridge was musty, the microwave the same, the coffee machine & hot water kettle didn’t work either. The shower curtain was torn & worn from wear at the bottom. The outdoor pool dusty due to the fact that it was outdoor & the wind carried debris into it. The pool table was not open & the pantry was not stocked. The staff were excellent & pleasant to deal with but the amenities were seriously lacking.

Booking this property was easy. Facility was perfect for what we needed and wanted - Clean and pleasant stay!

The place could use some sprucing up but the friendly staff and the fact that there is a communal lounge and kitchen made for a good stay.
