All good. Upgraded to a larger unit at no extra cost. Lovely apartment. Enormous outdoor area. Convenient parking. Desk staff very helpful suggesting places to eat nearby.

This was our second short stay here. The first time we were upgraded and the most recent time we asked if the accommodation could be available before 2 pm as I was unwell and needed to sleep, and we were able to check in earlier. Very good response from staff. The staff member also welcomed us back. The location was great. We walked everywhere as there was free parking. The apartment was excellent both visits. Highly recommended.

The apartment was ok, though looked a bit tired and worn. Wireless internet did not work. I would stay again as its a convenient short walk to the city centre.

Travelled for an event at the Convention & Exhibition Centre - Perfect location for that, walking distance to the CBD and numerous restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Will be my go-to place whenever I travel to Perth.

Staff at all steps were brilliant. Check in and out was smooth and spoke to staff during my stay and they were incredibly helpful.

Overall, this property was excellent. The location is close to the Kings Park and we could down from Kings Park to the Mounts Bay Village area through the Jacob's Ladder which is the short cut without using the bus service. The only drawback was the unstable wifi. Wifi was very unstable in the bedroom. It was better in the dining room but it was still unstable.

Best accommodation in Perth for me. Location very convenient as the bus stop to city in right in front of the apartment. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Place is very clean with the best water pressure.

Check in was smooth. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Stayed in this appartmrnt many times and they never fail to impress me. Best of all, water pressure was the best ever!

Initial booking of hotel was great. Good response and gave us a disabled park near lift. Then reception booked us into a room with no grab bar no toilet with grab bar even though the rooms was advertised as having them. The toilet leaked and smelled really bad. It had a massive amount of silicon around the s bend so had been fixed many times. The lounge chair had no spring left in it you sat on hard floor basically. The view in booking had foliage. We had concrete pylons and a freeway. It was nothing like advertised room. The bed was comfortable .I would not stay in this hotel ever again

Neat and tidy one bedroom unit with a balcony, with parking included. Clean and comfortable in a good location close to Elizabeth Quay. Can be a bit noisy with the morning traffic if the balcony door is open.
