The staff are very friendly and helpful and they speak English. The break feast is also good and varied. The hotel is in a great area of Granada. The rooms are not that good though, the beds are hard and the rooms feel old some how. My room also had a terrible view, with a wall just outside my window. They do clean the rooms every day though.
