No AC in the apartment, but opening the windows first night made it OK. The Piazza is noisy at night, the windows are good, closing them kept out the noise from the Piazza, but was hot to sleep. The balcony had chairs and a table, was really nice, in shade in the afternoon, even better. Festivities for the Palio were Sunday, the view was fantastic. All in all, a great experience.

Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues. Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading.
