The bed was firm, the air conditioner worked well, the room was sufficient. Interacting with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is an older facility that isn’t a convenient location and if you simply need a spot to lay your head, this is a good spot.

The web site said breakfast was available and there was a fitness center. Both amenities were mot available. They need to update their web site.

The room felt like it hadn't been aired in a bit but we opened the window and that helped.

4/10 Regular

The hotel was very run down and while our room was sizable,, it was grimey and we had roaches jump onto us on the bed while we were in bed all night long. We turned the light on several times when continuing to be woken up by these critters jumping on us, and we watched them crawl back into a hole in the corner of the wall behind the baseboard. We didn't sleep a wink because of this. We reported this problem to the staff at check-out. We also had a ground floor room, which probably contributed to this problem.

The place is run down. We booked 2 rooms and both shower handles were broken. One tub was missing the stopper. The pool was empty and no amenities were available.

Our room was dark and the light on the wall was not working. There was a standing lamp but no outlet to plug it into, so we made do with two desk lamps. The bathroom was a little shabby but the bed was comfortable and clean and the woman at the desk was really nice and friendly. The AC also worked well.

Many times no one at front desk. Had to use a telephone to get someone to come to front desk - sometimes no one answered.

The room wasn’t dry clean bedding was dirty. Lady at desk was not the nicest. She acted as if we were second to her phone. The rug in hallway was coming up on the second floor. You could smell mold. It was a place to sleep and take a shower. That was it. Not to mention so blue color was in and out of the parking lot 8 times in 30 mins I think we all know something isn’t right with that.

Easy check-in and excellent rate. Just what we needed for a nights stay

Whoever the cleaner was on the day that I was there wouldn't stop knocking on my door. From 8 am she came by harassing me, disturbing my sleep. I told her I didn't want room service and she still passed by knocking three times after that. I was so annoyed.
