The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking!

The hotel and staff are excellent. The hotel itself is poorly situated for anyone hoping to spend time in Arles Centre. Taxi are inconvenient and expensive. Bus are reliable until 8pm. Restaurants are rare in the area. No car? Don’t stay here. The staff ordered a taxi for me that never arrived. I missed my train because of that.

It’s a very basic hotel, with cheap solutions. They even didn’t care to remove the assembly stickers from the furniture. Bathroom shelf nearly fell off the wall. Air conditioning didn’t work one night, they fixed it the next day.
