POMO Échirolles.

It's billed as four-star by French agencies, and while the restaurant is nice, and the food good, the rooms are three-star except for the beds, which are admittedly excellent and 5-star quality. Careful when choosing the side of the hotel for the room; "garden" looks over the pool and restaurant and can be noisy. Very nice staff.

Hôtel facile d’accès, grand parking. Chambre de taille correcte, par contre la salle de bain est minuscule ! 1 produit de toilette (gel lavant corps et cheveux, pas de très bonne qualité, prenez votre propre shampooing…), c’est moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. D’autres produits auraient été les bienvenus. La literie n’était pas super confortable (matelas et oreillers trop mous). Problème avec la clim : elle fuyait/coulait sur la porte et la moquette qui était rapidement trempée. Impossible de la laisser en marche pendant plusieurs heures ; on aurait risqué le dégât des eaux dans la chambre en dessous…Problème signalé à la réception dès le 1er jour mais rien n’a été fait, même pas nous proposer de changer de chambre. Petit-déjeuner varié et bon.

Le Staff est réellement exceptionnel en termes d'attention client, de bienveillance, de courtoisie et de professionnalisme. Pesonne n'y échappe. Toutes mes sincères félicitations à la personne en charge du recrutement. Je dors (approx) 90 nuits/an à l'hôtel et il est rare de rencontrer une telle homogénéité au niveau des equipes. Bravo. La prestation au niveau des chambres est très sympa. Confort, propreté, équipements. Une salle de fitness pourrait certainement boister le TO de l'établissement.
