This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away.

Fairly basic, clean but tired. Aircon was feeble meaning my room was too hot for sleeping even this time of year. Very basic restaurant and nothing else nearby. Fairly convenient for overnight before ferry, but that’s about it.
