The room is missing a refrigerator it’s also missing a wardrobe where you can unpack your clothes it is however equipped with Chromecast but network capacity is not enough so if you want to stream movies bring your, the breakfast is not up to my standard missing fresh pastry and real Danish bread, the cleaning is nonexistence even if you ask , you only get fresh towels and this is nothing to do with climate.

Room design could be better for example door to bathroom forces you to almost walk into the hall tree. No klenex in room. Sofa very old and uncomfortable- cushions slides off the sofa. Chairs also uncomfortable.

No car charging, cleanliness leaves much to wish

The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The chair in the room felt as if someone had spilled a bag of chips on it and then brushed it off with their hand, leaving plenty of crumbs behind. The toilet had not been wiped down on the outside, with obvious traces of urine. The glass walls of the shower had not been cleaned since the previous guest, and one of the glasses in the room had likely been used for a guest's toothbrush and then put back, with toothpaste residue and splashes still visible. Additionally, it is worth noting that on Hotels.com, you state that there is a charging station for cars. This is clearly not the case, which disrupted our planning. The duvet on the bed is very narrow—narrower than the bed itself. Two narrow beds made up the bed. These were not properly secured together, so even though you were staying alone, you had to stay on one narrow half to avoid sinking into the gap between the beds. No Coca or Pepsi was available for purchase at the hotel - out of stock according to staff

Blev taget godt imod af personalet som var meget udadvendt og venlig. Til morgenmaden fik børnene en lille æske med gode ting. Skøn overraskelse som virkelig blev taget rigtig godt imod. Morgenmaden var lækker! Vi havde familieværelse og det var godt stort. Dog manglede der lidt opbevaringringsplads. Vi ville bestemt komme tilbage igen.

Jeg synes at pris og kvalitet er skudt helt ved siden af på dette hotel. For det første - ingen kaffe/te på værelset. Det burde være helt basic at når man bor på et hotel for 855 kr. per nat, at der er noget så simpelt som en elkedel og et brev neskaffe. Helt ærligt. Det er simpelthen irriterende og ødelægger HELE oplevelsen, ikke at kunne få sin morgenkaffe. Havde jeg vidst det - havde jeg aldrig booket. I stedet kunne man så selv gå ned i receptionen og købe en kop kaffe… til 55kr… som man selv skulle lave. Tal om et lavt serviceniveau. Personalet virkede ikke særligt imødekommende. At morgenmad ikke er inkluderet er også underligt. Men pga den dyre kaffe kan det næsten ikke betale sig ikke at købe morgenmad. Udvalget var ret stort, men kvaliteten ikke noget at råbe hurra for - til prisen. Der er nogle virkelig kedelige udsigter fra værelset. Jeg havde - som man kan høre - forventet en mere af et hotel der koster 855kr på en helt alm. hverdag i Viborg. Nårh ja - og da vi ankom lå der en håndskrevet seddel til en, der hedder Karl, hvilket bestemt ikke er mit navn, hvilket bare understregede den kiksede oplevelse

Forholdsvis nyt, moderne og lækkert hotel med en suveræn beliggenhed og gode parkerings- og lademuligheder (Clever). Gåafstand til centrum, domkirken og søerne. Virkelig lækker morgenmad med friskpresset juice, friskbagte boller, sprødt bacon (hvilket man ikke kan tage for givet) - der manglede seriøst intet. Rummeligt værelse og badeværelse med Meraki produkter (hurra). Rooftop var beklageligvis ikke åben, men udsigten var stadig helt i top. Ville helt sikkert bo her igen.
