Supercool pool area (although quite limited space) at 20th floor rooftop, thats why we chose this hotel as our stop while driving through Croatia. Pool towels included. Room and bed excellent with a/c and fridge and proper sunshade curtain. Parking quite expensive. Did not try the hotel food offering but seemed like a decent choice and pricing, there are other restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from.

This hotel is quite nice, with a modern style and is the most eye-catching building in the surrounding area. Both breakfast and dinner are very good, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into them—better than many other four-star hotels. The Chinese-style fried noodles at dinner are especially delicious, even better than those at many Chinese restaurants. I hope to have the chance to come back here again in the future.

An unforgettable stay in Zagreb We had a fantastic stay at Zonar Hotel and would happily return. The rooftop pool is an experience in itself. The views over Zagreb are absolutely stunning, and although the water can be a little cold at first, it’s definitely worth taking a swim. Our room on the 19th floor was exceptional, with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Everything was spotless, modern, and very well maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they offered to help carry our luggage and even park our car for us, which was a lovely touch. We also accidentally broke a glass in our room, and when we informed the reception, they were incredibly kind and simply told us not to worry about it or pay for it. That level of customer service really stood out. When we arrived, the hotel parking was full, but we were able to get a parking space on the second day. As an added bonus, we could charge our electric car free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with Uber available right outside the entrance, making it easy and affordable to get around Zagreb. Overall, Zonar Hotel exceeded our expectations. Great facilities, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, exceptional staff, and outstanding views made this a memorable stay.
