Lugar muy sucio, se nota que no hacen limpieza en las habitaciones ni en los pasillos. La habitación con mal olor, las esquinas con telarañas, la alfombra manchada, el piso lleno de manchas qué parecen heces fecales. Los muebles rotos. Nada qué ver con la descripción qué hacen, pésimo lugar

This was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. No kidding. The absolute worst. Filthy, no towels, bathroom door wouldn't shut, only stained sheets, no blanket or bedspread, for which I'm actually thankful.

WiFi wasn’t the best. AC wasn’t working properly to keep the room cool. Can’t even bare to tell you the state inside of the room. Doesn’t match the pictures on the site. I see why it’s “non-refundable.”

The location is absolutely horrific. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot we knew it was not the same hotel as the pictures. There were men smoking crack at the door, none of the amenities were there at all, not even the elevator worked, my husband and I had to walk 4 flights of stairs just to find out our floor (the top floor) has no power, no ac, no lights, there was someone smoking dope two doors down from us, as soon as we walked in the room, everything was broken, all of the light bulbs were gone, there were cockroaches, dirty rings in the bathtub, then we discovered that although we paid $200 for three nights and didn’t even stay 30 minutes, they wouldn’t give us our money back. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here ever, I truly feared for my safety.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The condition of the property and the room was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the $70 I paid. There were holes in the walls, cracked windows, and an elevator that barely worked. The room smelled terrible, and there was feces on the bathroom walls and floor. The pillows were so unsanitary that I developed an eye infection after using them. The room also had a hole in the bed frame, no shower curtain, a damaged door latch lock, and no remote for the TV. The buttons on the TV were misplaced as well. The furniture was in extremely poor condition, appearing as though it had been discarded, and the inside of the drawers was heavily stained and filthy. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unsanitary, and nowhere near the standard I expected. Basic cleanliness, safety, and functionality should be the bare minimum for any accommodation. This experience was a complete waste of $70, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

This place is disgusting and distasteful and need to be shut down its filthy and it stinks it smell like mildew the hallways were nasty and unsanitary the blankets on the bed had cigarette stains and holes and the tub was horrible. Management really need to do better

On arrival and check in, I was immediately dismayed to find the elevator was inoperable, and I was on the top floor, the stairwell was littered, there were individuals on the first landing smoking something other than cigarettes. My room was disgustingly filthy, there were individuals walls were cracked, the curtain was disheveled and the air conditioner unit had no cover over the metal filter which was clogged with God knows what and the television had a huge crack down the screen and was not functional to view. I requested a refund and was told no. Reason given was due to the discount given on reservation by my credit card offer which was made online. I provided my card and state drivers license on checkin to verify my identity as asked. By the front desk attendant. I requested clean sheets and another television at least - was told nothing was available not even another room. On returning to my room I was approached by two separate individuals selling drugs. The following morning I asked again to speak to the manager or owner who was not available the night before - introduced to an elderly man who ‘did not understand English’ . She was unable to translate. After a long effort to explain my displeasure he shook his head and left. My local associate came to get me and created quite a stir and the clerk asked me to check out for the next nights refund she had refused to give me earlier. This required my card and license again - I received a credit for $50 but charged $171
