I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we were provided. The room, advertised for 3 people, was far too small and uncomfortable. It was clearly designed for a maximum of 1 or 2 people, and there was not even enough space to open our suitcases properly. The layout and design of the room were poor, and it made our stay very inconvenient and unpleasant.
It seems that more thought should be given to the comfort and needs of your customers rather than just maximizing profit. Unfortunately, this has been the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly suggest you reevaluate how you market and design your rooms to avoid future dissatisfaction.
